- Teaching Faculty:

- Qualifications: Master’s or M.Phil. in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience, preferably in reputable institutions.
- Montessori Teachers:
- Qualifications: Montessori diploma with a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed. preferred).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
- Administrative & Support Staff:
- Librarian: Master’s in Library Sciences with relevant experience.
- IT Support Staff: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or IT with hands-on experience.
- Clerk/Office Assistant: Minimum Bachelor’s degree with proficiency in MS Office.
General Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Experience with modern teaching methodologies and digital learning platforms is a plus.
